The post office was exceptionally late delivering my order even saying that the original order had been delivered when it hadn't. However, the owner of this business sent a replacement as soon as I notified her. Amazingly, I received the original package on the same day as the replacement. The clasp is beautiful and the quality top notch. This business should get an A+ rating.
